Yes you can, but visits are strictly by appointment only. There are NO DROP-INS.
You can schedule your appointment by following the link above or on the Contact Us page.
Yes, we do. Your taxes can be completed with minimal or no personal contact.
We accept documents electronically (by email/file sharing), by mail/courier, or by pre-arranged drop-off*.
We do not offer video conferencing, but will communicate with you through email or telephone.
Please do not schedule an appointment online if you choose a contactless option.
We do not offer a 24/7 secure drop box, so you must contact our office to get approval before dropping off any records in person. When the date has been arranged, instructions will be provided to you.
If your taxes are relatively simple and you are not missing any documents, your taxes can be completed and filed in one sitting.
If your taxes are more complex, or you are missing required documents, this will not be the case, and a follow-up appointment may be necessary.
We don't think that getting your taxes done should break the bank. Our rates are very competitive and tend to be much less expensive than any comparable service. Unlike some companies that use a high, flat-rate price structure, we do not believe that you should subsidize someone else's return. You will only be charged for work performed on your file. The more organized your records, the cheaper it will be. Our general fee structure is available in our interactive Tax Guide, which you can request by email.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfers, and cheques. To keep our fees low, we do not accept debit/credit cards.
We try to work with whatever organization method you subscribe to. That said, we do have an interactive Tax Guide that includes valuable information to help you sort and organize your records, including a checklist, so you don't forget anything.
